With their new ASSIST-2-BUY® program, homebuyers are financially rewarded for working with Assist-2-Sell Buyers and Sellers Options Realty.

With ASSIST-2-BUY, people who purchase a house through Assist-2-Sell Buyers and Sellers Options Realty will receive, at closing, financial rewards equivalent to 20% of the commission paid to Assist-2-Sell by the home seller. For example, if the seller pays an $8,000 commission to Assist-2-Sell, our firm will pay $1,600 to the buyer.
Typically, buyers are able to apply the reward to their closing costs, down payment, improvements or even to other bills, such as credit cards or car loans. Often this extra financial assistance helps the buyer qualify for their new home loan.
To qualify for the ASSIST-2-BUY rewards program, homebuyers simply agree to work exclusively with the Assist-2-Sell Buyers and Sellers Options Realty office. This office serves New Westminster, Burnaby, Vancouver and Coquitlam in addition to surrounding areas.

They will also help the buyer obtain financing, negotiate the purchase agreement, handle all paperwork, oversee all inspections and supervise the closing.
